Unifiedpost Group is a partner of Komm.ONE in the implementation of the electronic invoice receipt workflow, developed for the municipalities of Baden-Württemberg.
The collaboration enables municipalities to switch to a completely digital incoming invoice process. Through Unifiedpost Group's central data interface, authorities and companies can receive invoices electronically in a wide variety of formats.
The module complements Komm.ONE's SAP-integrated invoice receipt workflow solution, which was developed for the municipal Doppik, based on a solution that is widespread in Baden-Württemberg. This supports municipalities in meeting the legal requirements of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and the EU for the digitalisation of invoice documents in public administration.
A central data interface
The central data interface of Unifiedpost Group and Komm.ONE ensures a more efficient incoming invoice process. This eliminates the need for manual scanning and post-processing, which overall reduces lead times. This frees up resources in the municipalities and leaves more time for dealing with resident’s concerns.
Municipalities also do not have to worry about major technical effort when implementing in the SAP environment. The shared solution works via the cloud and easily connects to IT systems.
Unifiedpost Group also offers a European guarantee, which includes a free format adjustment to the valid data format decided by the EU. The formats also include the German national variants XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, as well as Unifiedpost Group being a certified Peppol access point.
