We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join the Banqup Group design team and help shape intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our mobile and web development teams, as well as with designers across Vietnam, Belgium, and Romania.
As a UX Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end user journey across our applications, from discovery and research to concept and execution. You’ll uncover user needs, translate insights into elegant mobile and web solutions, and continuously refine experiences that create real value for our users.

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of your projects, being proactive in coordinating with team members in different time zones while managing tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Present your work to the stakeholders in well-crafted deliverables such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, or concept presentations.
- Leverage and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across mobile and web products.
- Clearly communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze user insights through research to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet real user needs.
- Apply a structured design process to explore, ideate, and deliver the best possible UX solutions.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces that align with UX and UI best practices.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate your design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
Your qualifications
- Degree in UX/UI design, Product design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a mid-level (3-5 years) UX designer, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
- Solid understanding of mobile design principles, including responsive design, adaptive layout, and mobile platform guidelines (iOS, Android).
- The capability to independently conduct thorough research, showcasing a proactive approach to acquiring insights and informing design decisions.
- Experience with prototyping to demonstrate interactive designs and user flows.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to express yourself, your ideas, and your work effectively in English.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, adapting to changing business requirements.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, working efficiently and responsibly, in a design team with different time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder insights into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
- Well-versed in European companies and solutions, adept at leveraging this knowledge to create exceptional user experiences.
