Picture taking through glass of a meeting with 5 people

At Banqup Group, we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tech Partner Manager to join our Corporate Sales team.
We are looking for a candidate with strong sales acumen to contribute to a leading fintech company that simplifies and automates business processes through innovative digital solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with a few years of experience or a driven graduate eager to build a career in a dynamic environment.

Very high-level knowledge of German and English is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities - what we expect of you:

1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, recruit, and engage tech ecosystem partners — such as CRM/ERP software vendors, accounting platforms, and professional services firms — across the DACH region.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs, including technical enablement, solution training, integration guidance, and co-marketing alignment.

2. Enablement & Activation

  • Empower partners via joint enablement: develop sales training, playbooks, certification materials, and co-sell strategies.
  • Enable partners to position Banqup effectively to their client bases, especially in invoicing, payments, and compliance contexts.

3. Strategic Go-to-Market Collaboration

  • Co-develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives—webinars, events, account-mapping campaigns—with both internal teams and partner organizations.
  • Co-formulate business development plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

4. Relationship & Ecosystem Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison with DACH-based partners, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Regularly collect partner feedback and relay insights to Banqup’s product, development, and customer success teams for product innovation and enhancement.

5. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., number of active partners, pipeline value, won revenue, ...).
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.

6. Market Insights & Competitive Awareness

  • Stay current on DACH regional trends in fintech, e-invoicing, bookkeeping, and compliance.
  • Translate these insights into strategy adjustments to sharpen Banqup’s regional positioning.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience: 3–6 years in partner management, alliances, or SaaS business development in B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS environments.
  • Regional Experience: Proven experience in the market; existing partner network a strong plus.
  • Commercial Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue/pipeline goals through partnerships.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable engaging with product teams, integration processes, and building value-driven partner solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities, especially in both German and English (business fluent German required).
  • Work Style: Self-driven, structured, strategic thinker who thrives across cross-functional teams and can work independently.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation, analytics, and partner tracking tools.
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel ~20% within the region for partner engagement and events.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in sales, business development, partner sales or payments solutions preferably within IT, Software, SaaS, FinTech, or E-Invoicing
  • Technical affinity to advise clients on structured invoice formats (e.g., XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and the Peppol network
  • Experience in using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency in additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus
  • Team player, curious mindset, and desire for continuous growth

Applicants must have a valid work permit for Germany to be considered for this position.

What You’ll Gain

  • Impactful Role: You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding Banqup’s partner ecosystem in DACH, directly impacting growth.
  • Growth Opportunity: Exposure to fintech product strategy and partner-led innovation in a scaling European company.
  • Collaborative Environment: Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
