About the job

Mission

The Senior Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring localized marketing strategies in France. This role directly supports the regional sales team in achieving pipeline and revenue targets by driving highly effective, region-specific demand generation activities.

You will be instrumental in translating global marketing objectives into locally resonant actions that directly impact pipeline generation in the French market. Success in this position requires a blend of creative content production skills and a deep, practical understanding of local business and financial regulatory nuances.

Responsibilities

This is what we expect of you:

  • Develop and manage the annual and quarterly field marketing plans for France, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local sales objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of localized demand generation campaigns, such as webinars, regional trade shows, customer events, and direct mail programs.
  • Manage and track the dedicated regional marketing budget (e.g., up to €100,000 annually).
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, reporting results to sales and global marketing leadership.
  • Create, localize, and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and localized messaging.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the regional Account Executives and manage day-to-day stakeholder communication.

The Senior Field Marketing Specialist independently determines the appropriate mix of marketing channels and messaging for local execution, requiring approval only for significant strategy deviations or budget overruns. They manage an annual budget of approximately €50.000, act as the first in line to approve local vendor invoices, and are directly accountable for meeting the Pipeline Generation and Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) Targets for France.
