As a Product Owner, you will be responsible to:
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable development user stories and tasks and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Coordinates the planning of releases and upgrades. Follows progress of work and addresses production issues during sprints/releases. Is involved with ongoing testing efforts.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, potential risks, and compliance gaps.
- Ensure compliance by deeply understanding the regulatory environment and its impact on financial reporting. Support the company roll-out products that deliver our company’s vision.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance. Steer the team capacity to propose optimal solutions and coordinate feature development to deliver product releases.
- Understand the nuances of the reporting requirements and potential pitfalls.
- Oversee how individual reporting requirements fit into the overall regulatory landscape.
- Lead and guide a team in regulatory reporting within a payments institution.
What you bring:
- Strong background in product management or data analysis.
- Direct experience with regulatory reporting within financial institutions is highly valuable.
- The ability to have a strategic perspective.
- The ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Legal or compliance experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Possesses a blend of technical and regulatory knowledge.
