About the job

For our support department, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee who will not stop until the customer's problem is solved.

What will you do as a Customer Service employee?

As a Customer Service Officer at Unifiedpost, you will be responsible for handling all enquiries from our customers.

  • You work independently but are part of a strong team that is always there for each other.
  • You are the contact person on behalf of the company for the relevant product support;
  • You are able to take problems to a good solution and don't stop until you succeed;
  • You will be friendly and helpful to customers this may be by phone and email (chat possibly in the future);
  • You ensure an 8+ customer experience in all your customer contact;
  • You identify improvements and share them with your team leader.

What do you bring:

  • Service is in your DNA;
  • You are communicatively strong, both verbally (by phone) and in writing (email/chat);
  • You are analytically very strong, able to get the customer question clear and articulate the answer well to the customer;
  • Stress-resistance: even when it is busy, you keep an overview of all pending cases;
  • Good sense of collegiality;
  • Experience in a similar position, but starters are also welcome. Enthusiasm and the will to make it a success counts;
  • An inquisitive nature;
  • Good command of the Dutch language (oral and written), English is an advantage.
