Junior Project Manager/Technical Support Specialist

Mission

Purpose of this position is to contribute to the successful execution of the international projects for electronic document exchange. In this role you will also be expected to provide IT related technical support. The planned ratio of split about 60% project and 40% technical support.

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the project support at the required level; follows up the project duties in the different stage of project lifecycle
  • Cooperates in assessing the client’s needs and business specification (support will be provided from the line manager)
  • Prepares and sends out the agenda for customer meetings, prepares memos and related documentation
  • Provides support during the implementation of projects (depending on actual competence level)
  • Contributes to the go alive of projects and in the preparation of relevant project documentation
  • During the production phase of projects, fulfils the 1st and 2nd level support role: accepts calls from clients, provides advice, registers claims and concerns; with the IT Support team members handles the ticketing requests and ensures SLAs are kept; handles activity workflow and email flows Prepares, maintains, and corrects customer specific mappings, logical sequences, and databases individually and with support
  • Negotiates, implements, and administers, minor Change requests initiated from clients

Competencies:

  • Degree preferably with a qualification in IT related field (for example, business informatics); however relevant experience may outline qualification requirement
  • A few years of work experience in a Customer Service, Helpdesk or similar position is desirable but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • At least communication level (B2) knowledge of English and Hungarian and German
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
