Mission

We are looking for a Group Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to lead and shape Banqup’s global tax and transfer pricing strategies. In this senior role, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the company’s strategy, investments, and operations, while further developing your network, management, and negotiation skills to drive key initiatives. You will take ownership of all aspects of transfer pricing, tax compliance, interactions with tax authorities, defense, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Review the work of tax assistants and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Shape and execute transfer pricing strategies in line with Banqup’s overall strategy.
• Lead transfer pricing matters in audits, advanced pricing agreements, rulings, documentation, and planning projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities.
• Develop and plan optimal transfer pricing approaches, including data gathering, comparable searches, and financial/statistical analyses.
• Advise on other tax issues beyond transfer pricing and implement available tax incentives.
• Provide tax advice and support tax compliance during the periodic closing process.

We are looking for candidates who have:

‍

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Eagerness to learn and develop further in tax or economic fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team spirit, but able to work independently.
• Curiosity for new technologies and development methods.
