Mission

At Banqup Group, we’re on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales professional to join our Corporate Sales team. Banqup develops and markets the solution jefacture.com in France on behalf of ECMA, a satellite association of the Order of Chartered Accountants. It is a PA-approved invoice and payment management platform.

Responsibilities 

  • Sales support: Help drive the sales cycle, from spotting opportunities and following up on leads to preparing offers, contracts, and supporting account management.
  • Relationship building: Keep customer data up to date and build strong, long-term connections with clients and partners.
  • First Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for external questions and provide quick, professional, and friendly answers.
  • Admin & reporting: Create clear sales reports, presentations, and documentation that make life easier for the team.
  • Order management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Problem solver: Tackle customer and partner issues head-on and involve the right colleagues when needed.
  • Always improving: Spot ways to streamline our inside sales processes and share your ideas for making things better.
  • Teamplayer: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We would be happy to see

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Or, if you’re just starting out: a strong passion for sales and the drive to learn fast.
  • You are eager to work in a sales team.
  • You are passionate about IT/cloud solutions; an affinity for invoicing and accounting is a plus!
  • You have excellent communication skills with an excellent knowledge of French and English at C2 level (spoken and written).
  • You are proactive, responsible, and well-organized.
  • You are comfortable speaking in public and possess good presentation skills.
