At Banqup Group, we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented EDI & Integration Solutions Manager to join our Operations team.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent data mapping acumen to contribute to a leading fintech company that simplifies and automates business processes through innovative digital solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with few years of Project Management experience. A solid working level knowledge of German, English and Hungarian is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Responsibilities - what we expect of you:
- You will act as the primary liaison with clients (especially German- and English-speaking) for EDI / document exchange integration projects.
- Design and implement end-to-end EDI / integration flows, including catalogue exchange, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoicing (inbound and outbound)
- Define data mappings, conversion logic, validation rules, exception handling, error messaging workflows.
- Manage projects: planning, execution, tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication.
- Own the customer onboarding and "go-live" process for integrations.
- Provide ongoing support / escalation for issues related to EDI / XML / structured data exchange.
- Participate in the sales cycle: present solution proposals, support RFPs, produce pricing estimates, present to prospective clients.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Language skills: at least B2 level of Hungarian, German, and English; you will regularly interact with German clients and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong experience with EDI/integration/data exchange projects (catalogues, orders, invoices, delivery notes)
- Proficiency in mapping structured data, conversion logic, validation rules, error handling
- Familiar with EDIFACT, XML, JSON, flat-file formats, XSLT, or other transformation technologies
- Experience in client-facing roles: gathering requirements, stakeholder management, presenting to customers.
- Solid project management skills (planning, tracking, risk management)
- Some knowledge of ERP / ERP integration (for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or others) is a plus.
