Are you detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced in financial administration? Unifiedpost GmbH in Frankfurt am Main is looking for you!

We are seeking a motivated Working student (m/f/d) – Finance / Accounts Receivable Management to join our team on a part-time basis. In this versatile role, you will manage a variety of financial tasks, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of our financial processes.

Responsibilities 

  • Customer communication: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding payment transactions and assist in resolving outstanding issues.
  • Accounts receivable management: Maintain and monitor customer accounts, including account reconciliations and analyses.
  • Support in the dunning process: Prepare and follow up on payment reminders, and coordinate with customers and internal departments.
  • Collaboration between Finance and Sales: You work closely with the sales team to reconcile open items and jointly develop solutions

Competencies:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in an economics degree programme.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); initial experience with accounting software is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong communication skills, a structured and independent way of working and a good understanding of figures.
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, affinity for numbers and enjoy dealing with customers
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

This position requires office presence. Therefore, applications without residence in or around Frankfurt am Main will not be considered.
