Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von allgemeinen und spezifischen Kundenanfragen
• Du steuerst die Auftragsannahme und die Auftragsverarbeitung
• Du erstellst Auswertungen von KPIs und diversen Reportings
• Du pflegst und aktualisierst Daten in Salesforce
• Du unterstützt unsere Account- und Key-Account Manager bei der Leadbearbeitung

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bringst idealerweise erste Kenntnisse aus deinem Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt IT oder einem wirtschaftlichen Studium mit oder auch vergleichbare erste Erfahrungen aus dem Umfeld – auch Quereinsteiger bei entsprechender Eignung und Motivation sind gerne eingeladen, sich zu bewerben
• Du besitzt eine eigenständige und vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und zeichnest Dich durch Deine Offenheit sowie eine kommunikative und teamorientierte Einstellung aus
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Du besitzt einen sicheren Umgang mit Excel und konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in Form von Praktika oder vergleichbarer Werkstudenten Tätigkeiten sammeln
• Du hast ebenso Spaß an Teamwork wie an selbstständigen und verantwortungsvollen Arbeiten
