Banqup develops and markets the solution jefacture.com in France on behalf of ECMA, a satellite association of the Order of Chartered Accountants. It is a PA-approved invoice and payment management platform.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will become an ambassador for the platform. jefacture.com and will help customers register on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • You become the ambassador of jefacture.com which aims to support the entrepreneur in their (financial) management
  • You will motivate and assist accounting firms and other resellers in defining and implementing initiatives to engage their clients and convince them to adopt and use jefacture.com. This mission is always carried out in close collaboration with our sales and business development managers.
  • You provide administrative support to the accounting firm and/or other resellers in sending mailings, newsletters, webinar invitations, etc.
  • You are an advisor to SMEs and clarify how jefacture.com brings added value to their business.

The prerequisites

  • You hold a bachelor's degree and have a strong business acumen.
  • You are eager to work in a sales team
  • You are passionate about IT/cloud solutions; an affinity for invoicing and accounting is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills with an excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
  • You are proactive, responsible, and well-organized.
  • You are comfortable speaking in public and possess good presentation skills.
