Role Overview
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and aligning all revenue-generating functions, including sales, customer success, and partnerships, while also supporting key teams such as presales and PSO. You will define and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to accelerate growth in key markets, improve customer retention, and scale our recurring revenue streams. A key member of the executive leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with product, finance, and leaders to ensure sustained profitability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a data-driven, scalable revenue strategy aligned with Unifiedpost’s growth objectives.
- Lead and integrate sales, and customer success teams to create a high-performing revenue organization.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue growth targets across existing and new markets.
- Identify new revenue streams, business models, and geographic expansion opportunities.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership, pipeline management, and a customer-centric approach.
- Build and maintain high-value strategic partnerships, alliances, and reseller channels.
- Lead enterprise sales initiatives to capture large and mid-sized business customers while optimizing customer experience.
- Align sales and marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates and improve lead quality.
- Leverage data analytics to refine pricing, positioning, and customer segmentation strategies.
Customer Success & Retention
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Enhance Unifiedpost’s value proposition through customer feedback and tailored service offerings.
- Foster a data-driven approach to churn reduction and customer lifetime value (CLV) optimization.
Leadership & Organizational Growth
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class revenue organization with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Provide clear, data-backed reporting on revenue performance to the executive team and board of directors.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve internal sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in a senior revenue leadership role (e.g. CRO, COO, CBDO) within a SaaS or fintech company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription revenue, ARR growth, and customer retention strategies.
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, marketing leadership, and business development in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience leading and scaling global revenue teams across multiple regions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English and proficient in at least one other Western European language.
