We would be happy to see

  • Master's degree, preferably in a business or technological direction
  • No work experience required but with sufficient affinity with the technology sector
  • Experience with software as a service is a plus but not a requirement
  • A strong, motivated person who can deal tactfully and diplomatically with all levels of an organization
  • No real technology expert required but competence to quickly gain insight into fintech technologies
  • Solution-oriented and able to make decisions independently
  • Strong sense of responsibility and capacity to complete business
  • Good organizational skills are a must
  • Team player with enthusiastic and ambitious attitude who radiates passion for our solutions
  • Good listening skills and a good dose of interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
  • You are prepared to come to Ghent on a regular basis to catch up with your colleagues.
