Mission

As Product Marketer, you are responsible for the success of the Banqup platform in the Belgian market by acting as the bridge between product functionality and clear user value for our biggest clients (SMEs, accountants, and reseller partners).

You translate complex technical and regulatory product information into clear, engaging, and compliant content that drives product adoption. From a short product video to an in-depth whitepaper, you ensure every piece of content is accurate, on-brand, and tailored to the Belgian context.  

Responsibilities 

This is what we expect of you:

  • You will own the local Go-To-Market execution for new product features. 
  • You will create sales decks, flyers, and feature launch kits that empower sales and partner teams and accelerate user adoption. 
  • You will take ownership of content decisions while coordinating with Legal & Compliance where required.
  • You will plan, script, record, and edit high-quality product demos and tutorials.
  • You will develop visually engaging step-by-step guides and PDF documentation in line with Banqup brand guidelines. 
  • You will be responsible for both production quality and the local content budget.
  • You will act as the local point of contact between Product & Engineering and Legal/Tax teams. 
  • You will ensure that all content reflects current Belgian regulations, including VAT rules and fiscal terminology, and remains accurate as legislation evolves.
  • You will manage the full localization workflow for the Belgian market (Dutch and French).
  • You will maintain local tone of voice, terminology, and quality standards, ensuring all content is professional, compliant, and market-appropriate.
  • You will collect insights from users, Sales, and Support to identify content gaps and friction points and use these insights to define local content priorities and provide structured input into the global product roadmap.

We would be happy to see

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Technical Writing, Multimedia Production, or a related field (Finance/Accounting is a strong plus).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or technical documentation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have proven experience creating a wide range of assets, including sales decks, whitepapers, feature documentation, and video tutorials (portfolio required).
  • You are native or fluent Dutch and/or French, with business-fluent English.
  • You have a strong understanding of local accounting principles, tax terminology, business payments, or SME practices.
  • You have hands-on experience with presentation and multimedia tools (e.g. PowerPoint, video editing software).
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or legal topics into clear, user-focused content.
  • You have strong autonomy, ownership mindset, and project management skills.
